Roy Chdid
Helping organizations turn strategy into structure, capability, and execution — advising leaders on the same problems I've spent a career solving from the inside.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, people, and finance. I currently hold group-level responsibility for operating model design, workforce economics, and execution across a diversified conglomerate spanning the UAE and UK — 22 businesses and roughly 2,500 employees. It's taught me that most transformation efforts don't fail in the boardroom. They fail in the operating model, the incentive structure, or the org chart nobody revisited.
Before that, I was Chief of Staff to the principals of a private family office spanning private equity and venture capital in New York and Paris, where I supported strategy formulation, capital allocation, and decision support on transactions including a biotech investment that returned over 175%. In 2015 I founded and still direct a luxury fashion resale platform that I scaled from zero to a five-figure customer base and partnerships with European and North American luxury houses — a reminder that advice is only credible when you've also had to build and run the thing yourself.
